Actually, This isn't very well thought out. There won't be many Rules that goes in this Forum.
But here's Rule Number One.
One: No Fighting.
Two: Exactly what Number One says.
Three: Exactly what Number Two says.

To become Forum Mod or whatever it is you have to...
One: Be on the forums a lot.
Two: you have to help Jess put it more pro.
Three: Show of loyalty that you won't ban anyone for no reason.
